Healthy no bake protein bars

Gluten free, dairy free, low sugar, high in protein and good fats.

Only 4 ingredients and no baking! Simples!😃😋

These are quick and healthy. The protein and good fats are more filling and satisfy those sweet cravings for longer.🤤

I prefer almond nut butter for these but you can use peanut or cashew nut butter if you prefer!

Mix together 1 cup of almond nut butter with 1/2 cup coconut flour and 1/4 cup + 2 tblspn maple syrup really well with a rubber spatula.

Spread and flatten into an 8x8inch pan or pyrex dish lined with parchment paper.

Melt a 1/2 cup almond butter with 1 cup choc chips in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Spread this on top with spatula and freeze for an hour.

Then cut and keep in the fridge👌🏻
